Deparatment Secretary-Hospitality Services

We are seeking a highly motivated energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service focus to provide overall support to the Hospitality Services Program, Emergency Management Program, Safety Program, and Hazardous Materials Program working week day hours or as scheduled.

The qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced work environment; have excellent organizational skills; be able to prioritize multiple projects; have excellent communications skills via telephone, email and in person; be proficient in grammar, spelling and note taking; have personal computer experience with knowledge of Outlook,  Excel, and PowerPoint with some knowledge of Access Database preferred; have the ability to perform arithmetic operations in keeping work records, assisting with budgets and in requisitioning supplies; must be cooperative, have a willingness to assist fellow employees, be flexible, and a have positive attitude at all times; must maintain confidentiality in all matters.
