General surgeons Dorothy Sparks, MD, FACS, Frank Horn, III, MD, and Michael Nowicki, MD, welcome Garrett Russell, PA-C, to their team at UPMC Cole.

Russell earned his bachelor of science in biology health professions from Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pa., and his master of health science, certificate of physician assistant studies from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, Pa.

This is where I grew up, made memories, and built relationships, and this is a community that I’m proud to be a part of as I start the next chapter of my life.”
