Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

The qualified candidate must have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field and must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred. 

The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide independent clinical treatment services to identified patients in a primary care setting.  The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for conducting assessment and treatment planning for new patients; completing clinical documentation on the same day of service delivery;  assessing and referring patients for additional services and/or other levels of needed care;  demonstrating competency in management of administrative responsibilities associated with patient care with minimal supervisor, to include case management for assigned patients; and performing all other duties as required or needed.
